About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team at the company’s Boynton Beach, FL office. This is a critical in-office role , ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about delivering accurate and competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full estimating process for a variety of project types.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and executive teams to develop detailed cost proposals.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Support project pursuits and participate in bid presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of estimating experience in the commercial construction industry .
• Proven expertise in one or more of the following sectors: multifamily, healthcare, education, hospitality, or government .
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, pricing, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Sage Estimating, or similar ).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Boynton Beach, FL , or willing to relocate .

Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $140,000 – $170,000
