About the Role

We are hiring entry-level associates who are eager to start their career in a structured, fast-paced work environment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are flexible, reliable, and ready to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 1:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: Available

Training Requirement:

• All initial training will be conducted on 1st Shift (6:00 AM 3:30 PM)
• After the initial 2 weeks , additional On-the-Job Training (OJT) may occur on 1st or 2nd shift for 1 3 weeks , depending on operational needs
• Flexibility is required

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and follow standard operating procedures
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Adapt to different shifts during training as required

Required Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fresher candidates encouraged to apply
• Willingness to work flexible shifts during training
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic communication and teamwork skills

Work Authorization Requirement

Candidates must be a U.S. Person , defined as one of the following:

• U.S. Citizen
• Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
• Refugee or Asylee
• Or otherwise eligible to obtain required export authorizations

Interview Details

Interviews held every Monday

9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

Interviews are scheduled in 2-hour blocks (candidates may be present for the full duration)
