National Account Coordinator - Distributors and NA Retail **Department:** National Accounts **Location:** Carson, CA START YOUR APPLICATION ( **National Account Coordinator - Distributors and NA Retail** **SUMMARY** : The National Account Coordinator reports to the National Account Manager - Distributors and NA Retail and provides administrative and sales support to the National Account Retail/Distributor Team. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Coordinate and build mass and individual shipments of visual merchandising pieces, support materials, and product for events such as tradeshows, education events, and market meetings + Provide general admin and event support, including outbound calls to retailers + Input distributor students into the class registry system + Update account order forms and price lists + Assist with placing orders in internal and external systems + Process purchase requests, purchase orders (POs), and invoices + Provide backorder notifications to customers + Process quarterly commissions and maintain reporting + Track and submit customer return and chargeback credits + Perform additional duties as assigned **Required Skills and Abilities:** + Strong administrative and technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new software quickly + Excellent organizational and follow-up skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines + Comfortable working independently with minimal direction and maintaining a high degree of accuracy + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Advanced beginner level in Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook + Familiarity with PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint is a plus + Good math aptitude + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment + Self-motivated and eager to expand knowledge and skills through independent learning + Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities + Adheres to punctuality, attendance, and dress code standards + Consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations + Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally + Ability to stand for extended periods (3-4 hours) during event support + Passion for the skincare industry is a plus **Education and or Experience:** High school diploma required, with prior experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a sales environment. Familiarity with the skincare industry and Dermalogica products is a plus. **The expected base hourly pay rate range is $24-$26/hr.** The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
