Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage daily driver scheduling, routing, and communication using MatHaul. This role ensures efficient dispatch operations, real-time updates, and strong coordination between drivers, job sites, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch all company drivers daily and ensure proper truck assignments
Track attendance, time-off, shifts, and daily clock-ins
Monitor GPS, update routes, and communicate delays or changes
Coordinate with Truck Boss, Safety, Shop, Plants, and Billing
Maintain driver, carrier, and customer communication
Update dispatch sheets, driver lists, and tag Excel inputs
Track materials, truck types, tonnage, and capacities
Document issues for billing and operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong communication and time management skills
