Position: Virtual Assistant – Social Media Posting
Location: Remote position, but applicants must be based in the Houston area.
Commitment: Part‑time / Contract

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to post and schedule pre‑designed content across our social media platforms. This role is focused on execution, not content creation or strategy. You will ensure our campaigns are published consistently and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Upload and publish posts provided by our team (images, captions,hashtags).
• Schedule posts using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Monitor posting accuracy and report any issues.
• Maintain consistency across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled posting times.
• Clear communication skills.

PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED):

• Familiarity with wellness, education, or community outreach topics.
• Prior experience supporting schools, nonprofits, or small businesses.

SCHEDULE:

• Posting frequency: 3–5 times per week (flexible).
• Hours: Flexible, but posts must go live at agreed times.

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly or per‑post rate (to be discussed).
• Short trial period (2–4 weeks) before long‑term contract.
