The Pharmacy Technician provides front-line customer support by handling inbound telephone inquiries from members, pharmacies, and prescribers. This role requires consistently meeting established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while providing real-time support and education.

Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point of service inquiries.
- Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes.
- Enter customer data and other relevant information into the documentation tool.
- Assist members with pharmacy benefit inquiries.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness.
- Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to customers and appropriate internal staff.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 to 5 years of recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NCCT, or ExCpt)
Special Considerations:
- Work is completed onsite at the client location.
Scheduling:
- Two Openings:
- Friday through Monday, 10:30am 9:00pm
- Wednesday through Saturday, 10:30am 9:00pm
- 40 hours per week
