Research and judgment on cross-cutting issues of technology-society-security Analyze the potential impact of technological evolution on social stability, public governance and international rules, and identify the technical incentives of " grey rhinoceros" and " black swan" events; Build a scenario simulation model to assist customers in formulating crisis plans and adaptive strategies 3.
