This Position reports to:

Job Description:

• Production & Quality: Work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality motors and subassemblies per diagrams and instructions. Operate hand and air tools torque wrenches gauges and hoists while ensuring defect-free work and adherence to production goals.
• Safety & Operations: Maintain a safe clean workspace; follow all safety procedures; report hazards; and use required PPE. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (use hoist for heavier parts) stand for long periods and work overtime or any shift as needed.
• Skills & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic computer skills; ability to read and follow written instructions; forklift operation (license required); adaptable detail-oriented and team-focused with strong communication skills.
• Experience & Reliability: Stable work history or relevant vocational/technical training preferred; previous motor assembly experience a plus. Must pass background and drug screening and have reliable transportation and work authorization in the U.S.

Education and Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
