Swift7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and contribute to the execution of strategic campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and eager to grow within a professional consulting environment. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness across all marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns
Support the creation and organization of marketing materials and presentations
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decisions
Maintain and update internal marketing databases and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for internal review
Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing department
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail with a proactive approach to tasks
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and basic marketing tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
