The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. • Execute digital marketing and advertising strategies across web, social, and paid channels
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including targeting, creatives, budgets, and performance tracking
• Monitor and report on website, social, and ad analytics, providing actionable insights for improvement
• Manage social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries
• Design and produce marketing assets such as social graphics, ad creatives, presentations, and basic branding materials

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate digital marketing, including hands-on management of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, track performance, and recommend improvements
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to create marketing and ad assets
• Highly tech-savvy, organized, and able to support leadership and the real estate sales team in a fast-paced environment
