Title: Project Manager, Engineering
KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.
The Project Manager, Engineering h as responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with engineering disciplines, procurement, construction/commissioning, and the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
Possesses knowledge of the respective industry including Petrochemicals, Refining, Chemicals, LNG, Energy Transition etc. ranging in scope from pre-FEED, FEED to EPCM. Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Undergraduate degree in Engineering degree preferred.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience in engineering management, with average experience of 15-20 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team.
- Will comply with all KBR and site safety policies and procedures.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if necessary.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills: - Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using standard office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
