This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities: - Task Execution: Completes assigned duties following ABB standard processes, safety guidelines, and workflows, reporting any non-compliance.
- Machine operations: Operates machinery per manuals, schedules, and production order instructions; conducts routine setup, adjustments, and minor repairs.
- Maintenance & troubleshooting: Ensures regular upkeep of equipment, tool setup, programming activities, and reports issues when necessary.
- Recordkeeping & inventory: Maintains detailed logs of machinery setups, repairs, and maintenance; tracks approved, defective units, and final products.

- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Demonstrates knowledge of HSE principles, risk reporting, and compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaboration & leadership: Supports teamwork, manages stakeholder relationships, and drives personal development within the organization.
- Job skills & qualifications: Holds a high school diploma or GED, possesses specialist technical and engineering skills, and has work authorization to operate within ABB in the U.S.
