We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and ready to contribute to the seamless delivery of both in-person and virtual events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.

  • Support in the creation and preparation of event materials, presentations, and reports.

  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure event requirements are met.

  • Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and guest services.

  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Track and organize budgets, invoices, and post-event evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field (preferred).

  • Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus
