Job Overview 24/7 Electric LLC is looking for motivated Electrician Helpers with at least one year of commercial and industrial electrical experience to join our growing field operations team. This is a hands-on role supporting licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a clean driving and background record, and the flexibility to work beyond standard hours when service calls require it.

Key Responsibilities - Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials for daily job tasks.
- Run wire, connect circuits, and support conduit installation under supervision.
- Follow instructions from licensed electricians to ensure safe and accurate work.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites.
- Respond to service calls, even if they occur late in the day.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications - 1 + year of commercial and industrial electrical experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Clean or near-clean driving record; must have at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours-this is not a strict 9-5 role.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and materials in various environments.

Schedule - Full-time, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed.
