We are looking for a careful and organized Data Entry and Records Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has good computer skills, and pays close attention to detail.
Enter and update data into company databases and spreadsheets
Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Retrieve and share data or reports as requested
Ensure all information is stored securely and confidentially
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing or document tracking
Communicate with other departments to clarify data or resolve discrepancies
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Strong computer and typing skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Previous experience in data entry or records management is helpful but not required
