Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Strategy:
   Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with business objectives.
   Evaluate and recommend cloud solutions to optimize cost, performance, and security.
   Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Infrastructure Design and Architecture:
   Design and architect scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure.
   Define and implement cloud governance policies and standards.
   Oversee the migration of on-premises workloads to Azure.
   Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
3. Security and Compliance:
   Implement robust security measures to protect cloud environments.
   Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
   Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
4. Automation and DevOps:
   Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Azure DevOps and PowerShell.
   Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployment.
   Foster a DevOps culture and collaborate with development teams.
5. Team Leadership:
   Mentor and guide junior team members.
   Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

1. 13+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on cloud computing.
2. Proven experience in designing and implementing Azure solutions.
3. Deep understanding of Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
4. Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
5. Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Azure DevOps and PowerShell.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
