We are looking for Full Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) certified in wound care to join our team!

Qualifications:

• Current Wound Care Certification
• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current and active Louisiana Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 8-hour shifts M-F
• Have dependable transportation

Job duties:

• Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
• Communicates with the attending physicians, other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms and Report changes in patient condition and need to RN
• Great time management skills
