What we offer - Guaranteed year-round work
- Annual income of up to $150k - $250k (per job basis)
- Weekly paycheck
- Flexible schedule

- Product reimbursement
About The Role - Install home remodeling products according to MaxHome standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
- Install/replace customers windows with brand new replacement windows
Key Qualifications - 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of Residential Windows
- Window wrapping knowledge preferred
- Established LLC or Business
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Preferred to have Worker's comp and Liability insurance
