Water/Wastewater Engineer

Pay: $37-55/hr. (depending on experience level)

Eligible for a $3,000 signing bonus

Description:

• We are seeking a passionate Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team in York, PA. The Wastewater Engineer will design and develop crucial water infrastructure projects – from treatment plants to distribution systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) a plus, but not required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental engineering, specifically water & wastewater projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Deadline-driven and self-starting
  

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed engineering reports, including system design, cost estimates, and project timelines
• Plan, permit, and design water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards
• Conduct site visits to assess community water and wastewater needs
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate project schedules and deliverables
• Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
