Salary: $64,200 - 64,200 per year Requirements:

• You must be an undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027.
• Your field of study should be in Product Management, Finance, Business, Project Management, or a related area.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• We seek individuals who demonstrate intellectual curiosity and bravery.
• You should possess strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail is essential.
• You should be organized and capable of managing time and multiple tasks effectively.
• It is important that you can work independently on unique projects while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Preferred qualifications include coursework in or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business, as well as experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities:

• As a User Acceptance Testing Intern, you will engage in the following activities:
• Plan and coordinate testing for SBNA and Openbank.
• Document processes related to the use of AI tools.
• Analyze historical defects to detect trends and common issues.
• Review processes and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Generally evaluate methods of operation to assist in fostering positive changes.

Our Summer Internship Program, starting in June 2026, offers immersive training alongside practical experience to help you develop both technical and interpersonal skills. This internship is for undergraduate and graduate students expecting to graduate between December 2026 and May/June 2027, with locations in Boston, MA or Quincy, MA.

Please note that our internship program does not provide relocation assistance. The salary for this position is $64,200 per year, and compensation may vary based on your skills, experience, training, and location.

You will participate in structured professional development, connect with peers, and meet leaders within Santander. As a User Acceptance Testing Intern, you will come away with an understanding of the product development lifecycle, project management, and User Acceptance Testing. You’ll learn to read and interpret product requirements while ensuring that the conceived functionality is fit for purpose or exceeds expectations.
