Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $18–$22 per hour, DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to finish; overtime as needed

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Shipping Clerk with strong computer skills and a ready-to-work attitude. You’ll coordinate daily outbound shipments, verify documentation, and keep the shipping area organized and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels).
• Enter and maintain shipment data in the computer system; create/close work orders.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for carrier pickup; verify counts and product accuracy.
• Schedule carriers and communicate shipping details to internal teams and customers.
• Inspect packaging and pallet integrity; resolve discrepancies or damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dock and staging area.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• Proficient with computers and data entry; experience with shipping software or WMS preferred.
• 1+ year shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional communication skills with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/walk for most of the shift; lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Safely use pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment; forklift experience a plus.
