Job Description:

As an SAP S/4 OTC Lead you will manages the Order to Cash (OTC) processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. This role involves leading the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other modules, and providing functional expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution). The lead also mentors other consultants, drives continuous improvement, and stays updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations.

Core Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Solution Delivery:

• Leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions.

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.

• Functional Expertise:

• Providing deep functional knowledge in SAP S/4HANA SD and its integration with other modules like FI, MM, and PP.

• Team Leadership:

• Mentoring and guiding SAP S/4HANA analysts and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

• Integration and Testing:

• Ensuring seamless integration of the OTC process with other SAP modules and external systems.

Issue Resolution:

• Troubleshooting and resolving SAP S/4HANA OTC issues, minimizing business disruption.

• Staying Updated:

• Keeping abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices.

• Project Management:

• Managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources for successful implementation.
