Job Title: Receptionist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our client and serve as a key point of contact at the front desk. This onsite, contract-to-hire position near King of Prussia, PA plays an important role in ensuring smooth daily office operations, supporting internal teams, and creating a welcoming experience for visitors and staff.
Compensation:
• $20–$22/hour, based on experience
Work Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, rotating between two shifts:
?– 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
?– 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
• Greet and assist guests, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage multi-line phone system, direct calls, and take messages as needed
• Coordinate office meeting spaces and schedule conference rooms
• Handle high volumes of catering orders and maintain catering schedule
• Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
• Work collaboratively with a co-receptionist to rotate duties and ensure front desk coverage
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations
Qualifications and Skills for the Receptionist:
• Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor, comfortable interacting with high-level executives and clients
• Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new responsibilities
