Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, manage media relations, and coordinate public-facing events and initiatives. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the company’s reputation and strengthening its relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing public relations strategies and campaigns
Draft press releases, media advisories, and PR materials
Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and public appearances
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports
Support internal communications and brand messaging consistency
Help manage crisis communications and respond to public inquiries
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging across channels
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in public relations or communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR databases
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of media trends and digital PR strategies is a plus
