Job Description

Priority Home Services is currently seeking a dynamic Plumbing Manager with a demonstrated track record of leadership. We are looking for an individual who can effectively lead, mentor, and oversee our team of plumbing professionals. This role requires a focus on efficiency, productivity, and maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate should bring extensive experience in plumbing and sewer systems, ideally progressing through the ranks to a managerial role. A background like this is highly valued for its contribution to a well-rounded expertise that includes business acumen, managerial insight, and a comprehensive understanding of the best practices, policies, and procedures inherent in the Plumbing industry.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a State of Colorado Master Plumbers License.
  • Demonstrated success in Plumbing & Sewer Management, backed by at least five (5) years of Plumbing experience.
  • A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record, free of major violations.
  • Willingness to undergo and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening process.
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with meticulous attention to detail, capable of excelling in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in ServiceTitan and a strong aptitude for technology.
  • A valid Driver's License. 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and provide expert guidance to a team of Service Technicians, focusing on fostering strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service and value.
  • Drive departmental revenue through the implementation of ethical sales strategies, reinforced by comprehensive training, accountability measures, and a driven mindset.
  • Assist Service Technicians in identifying bid opportunities, preparing estimates, and providing and explaining accurate estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with State Plumbing regulations by all Service Technicians.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer service issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Regularly assess team performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure alignment with and achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
  • Stay current with industry developments and incorporate best practices into organizational procedures.
