The UPS Store is a locally owned and operated franchise, not a corporate-owned part of UPS, which provides, shipping, shredding, printing, fax, passport photos, personal and business mailboxes, and notary services.
We are looking for a motivated, efficient, Sales and customer service-oriented individual. We are looking for someone who is able to learn quickly and handle a variety of different tasks in a retail environment.
A successful employee will be outgoing , bright, detail oriented and able to work with a variety of customers. The ability to multi-task, think quickly and commit to learning all of the skills required are essential to succeeding at The UPS Store.
Prospective employees must be comfortable up-selling, cross-selling and marketing different products and services in-store to our customers without being overly aggressive. A grasp and understanding of general business practices such as punctuality, professional courtesy and customer service is a must. Strong computer skills are a must.
We are looking for someone who can work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays.
