Position: Office Clerk Location: Houston ,TX Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $800 - $950 per week Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an essential part of our office operations, the Office Clerk will perform a variety of administrative tasks that are crucial to the smooth functioning of our daily activities. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, and scanning documents.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations for department meetings and management.
• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff.
• Maintain accurate records and database of important information and documents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
