Job Description

Detail oriented and proactive assistant to support marketing efforts in a variety of administrative, creative and analytical tasks. This position will assist with campaign execution, product catalogs, revising/editing and maintaining product listings and specifications.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Assoc. or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.
• 1-3 years administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and other online tools.
• Proofreading experience.
• Graphic arts background a plus.
• Strong knowledge of packaging and graphics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Effective verbal/written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Effective customer service skills for interaction with product management personnel, customers/clients and co-workers.
• Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of the product.

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support in marketing efforts.
• Review product assets including images and product specifications.
• Communicate Department of Energy compliance to product managers.
• Create sales and marketing presentations highlighting product features.
• Assist in creating and proofing product catalogs, new product lookbooks, brochures, tri-folds and miscellaneous marketing tools to support showroom, customers, ecommerce partners.
• Work with Brand Manager to organize product photos and information key to catalog and packaging production.
• Complete and update excel spreadsheets for new and ongoing projects and product lists.
• Monitor and follow up on projects.
• Manage select projects from start to finish.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
