Job Description

1. Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
2. Support in creating marketing materials such as brochures, posts, banners, and email templates.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
4. Help manage social media accounts (posting, replying, engagement tracking).
5. Coordinate with vendors, designers, and sales teams for promotional activities.
6. Collect and analyze data to evaluate campaign performance.
7. Maintain and update the marketing database, customer lists, and CRM records.
8. Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
9. Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations.
10. Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily marketing operations.
