Job Description

Role Responsibilities

·      Programming skills - Import DWG & prepare nesting to maximised raw material consumption while minimise technical waste.

·      Establish and maintain high level of machinery knowledge, include the safety work procedure

·      Keep track on quantity & quality of works

·      Perform basic maintenance and consumable exchange for the machine

·      Keep track on consumable stock level

·      Ensure and sustain other module conditions include air compressor, fiber laser head and cooler to be in good condition

·      Knowledge on sheet metal fabrication via laser cutting to meet required quality standard

·      Follow required safety procedure for machine operation

·      Improve and sustain housekeeping

·      Support in training as and when required

·      Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements

Diploma, SKM level in manufacturing & machining

·      Minimum 3 years direct working experience

·      Proficient in operating fiber laser cutting machine

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting

·      Independent self-starter

·      Team player, able to work with all levels

·      Able to work in a fast-paced environment
