Lead Landscape Architect

We’re seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Land Planner to lead a creative design team focused on outstanding community and regional projects.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary landscape architecture/design team
• Oversee production of conceptual plans, rezoning/site/planting plans, construction documents, and graphics
• Ensure quality, timely deliverables that exceed client expectations
• Provide project and task leadership across public parks/recreation and land development work
• Mentor and develop early-career staff
• Collaborate with planning and engineering leaders to shape practice growth
• Interact professionally with clients, approval authorities, and public stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Professional registration (Landscape Architect) or Certified Planner preferred
• 5+ years of professional landscape architecture/design experience
• Strong design, graphics, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, sketching/rendering
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
