We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Retail Associate to join our growing marketing team. In this entry-level position, you will support retail-based promotional campaigns, representing our clients’ brands and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering retail-focused marketing and promotional activities on behalf of our clients.
• Engage with customers in-store, providing product information and promoting brand offerings.
• Maintain a professional and friendly presence on the shop floor to enhance customer engagement.
• Support the setup, restocking, and visual presentation of promotional displays and brand stands.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team to support ongoing campaign improvements.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s products and brand message.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
