Salary: $48,000 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• I expect you to possess 2-3 years of experience in IT support. You should be proficient in Windows operating systems, Mac support, Adobe Design products, and Microsoft 365 applications. You need to be comfortable managing both onsite and remote end-user requests. Effective and calm communication, along with clear documentation skills, are essential for success in this role. A bonus would be having certifications such as COMPTIA A+, MCP, or a similar qualification.

• In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. You will install, configure, and upgrade systems, applications, and devices. Supporting environments such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, and Mac OS will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will manage imaging, deployments, and workstation performance, including hard drives, RAM, memory chips, and other equipment. Tracking issues and documenting resolutions using helpdesk software is a crucial part of your work.
