Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls on unsold leads to support Install team and achieve sales goals.
- Establish rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services.
- Communicate professionally through email, phone, and text with customers and team.
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance and develop your skills.
- Provide customers with a positive experience through every interaction.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in remote or phone-based sales.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, accountable, high integrity, and a can-do attitude.
- MUST RESDIE IN THE GREATER CHICAGO AREA
