Job Description

Salary: $33,280 - 37,440 per year Requirements:

  • A strong enthusiasm for learning and applying technical concepts in practical situations.
  • Previous experience in customer support roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey issues and solutions effectively to clients.
  • Proficiency in using Windows desktops and laptops.
  • Capability to stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently while keen to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours if necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote and phone-based technical assistance to clients.
  • Engage with multiple systems to monitor and respond to support tickets and network notifications.
  • Precisely document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Work closely with leadership to improve support processes and elevate customer service.
