Job Requirements & Responsibilities

• Experience in Installation or replacement of commercial roofing systems (Foam and Coating) according to specifications and warranty requirements
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems.
• responsible for  insulating, soundproofing, and sealing buildings with foam .
• Conducting inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure project completion on time.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  Additionally, foam roofers spray roofs, sidings, and walls with urethane or polyurethane foam to bind, seal, insulate, or soundproof sections of structures.
• remove hazards from roofs, gutters, and adjacent structures, set up barricades and warning lines, and provide guidance to unskilled workers. 
• Conducting inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure project completion on time.
• Apply safety practices as it applies to the roofing trade
• Clean work area and equipment
• Perform physical activities on a daily basis
• Attention to detail
• Schedule materials, equipment and deliveries, paying special attention to using inventoried materials
• Communication with co-workers, supervisors, and clients
• Reliable transportation

Compensation
