In this role, you will lead the executive social media program, acting as a trusted partner to C-suite executives. Your expertise will be crucial in translating corporate strategies into engaging online content. You will work closely with various executives, ensuring their voices and narratives align with the company's objectives. The position encompasses strategy development, content creation, and performance measurement within a fast-paced environment, making it pivotal for enhancing the company’s online presence.

Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all social media inquiries and initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with our executive team.
• Develop content and engagement strategies for executives based on business priorities and personal interests.
• Ghostwrite and execute social media content, capturing unique voices and aligning narratives with business goals.
• Measure program impact and adapt content strategies based on findings.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations to identify strategic engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media or corporate communications, with at least 3+ years managing executive social media presence.
• Exceptional ghostwriting, copywriting, and editorial skills, with the ability to adapt to distinct executive voices.
• Unimpeachable discretion and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage complex dynamics with C-level stakeholders, acting with confidence and tact.
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape, especially LinkedIn, for thought leadership.
• Data-driven problem solver with a clear perspective on measuring success and demonstrating the value of social media programs.
• Cross-collaborative nature, eager to build relationships and integrate within team strategies.
