Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join the Luxe Bites team. This role is essential to our customer experience—you will be responsible for transporting our products safely, on time, and with the highest level of care. Deliveries include charcuterie boards, boxes, catering orders, and event setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up prepared orders from our kitchen and deliver them to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle all products with extreme care to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.
• Follow delivery routes and schedules provided through our internal system.
• Communicate clearly with customers upon arrival (polite, professional, and friendly).
• Provide on-site support for larger catering drop-offs or set-ups when required.
• Maintain a clean and organised vehicle.
• Report delivery statuses, issues, or delays to the Operations Manager promptly.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and Luxe Bites delivery standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle suitable for transporting food items safely (SUV preferred).
• Smartphone with data plan for navigation and communication.
• Strong time-management skills and punctuality.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, boxes, and small equipment (up to 25 lbs).
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
• Experience in food delivery or catering delivery is a plus but not required.
