Job Description

Corporate Sales Specialist Vantage Point Retirement Living, the area’s premier senior living development and management company, is currently seeking a dynamic, hands-on sales professional with a passion for coaching, closing, and driving occupancy performance for the role of Corporate Sales Specialist. The Corporate Sales Specialist is a field-embedded sales leader responsible for training and developing community sales teams, actively participating in sales activities, and compiling corporate sales reporting. In the absence of a Community Relations Director, the Corporate Sales Specialist will step into the sales role, ensuring seamless continuity. This role is also accountable for preparing weekly and monthly sales reporting for corporate leadership and distribution to capital partners. Why Now? The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is both a teacher and a doer—someone who can train and inspire sales teams while also rolling up their sleeves to lead tours, follow up with families, and close move-ins. They are a natural coach, a confident presenter, and thrive in a field-based role that requires travel, flexibility, and collaboration. They are passionate about advancing Vantage Point’s new 2026 corporate sales philosophy and have a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. General day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to Community Relations Directors and sales teams, ensuring adoption of Vantage Point’s corporate sales philosophy.
  • Actively participate in prospect tours, sales calls, and events, modeling best practices and supporting occupancy growth.
  • Cover community sales positions during vacations, leave, or turnover to ensure uninterrupted sales momentum.
  • Collaborate with Executive Directors to strategize and execute local sales initiatives tailored to each community’s unique needs.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing to align campaigns, events, and lead generation with sales strategies.
  • Plan and participate in community events, networking opportunities, and professional outreach to drive inquiries and referrals.
  • Compile, analyze, and deliver weekly and monthly sales reporting, including inquiries, tours, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy metrics, to corporate leadership and capital partners.
  • Monitor data integrity and provide insights on sales performance trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Travel regularly across Pennsylvania and Delaware communities, with evening and weekend flexibility to support events, tours, and family availability.
  • Serve as a mentor and role model to sales teams, providing field-level accountability and guidance.
Required skills and experience:
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience training, coaching, or mentoring sales professionals.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with families, prospects, and referral sources.
  • Experience compiling and presenting sales performance reports to leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout PA and DE with occasional overnight stays.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evening and weekend work as needed.
