Sperton Global AS , a global recruitment and consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, is partnering with a US-based client, a fast-growing DTC fashion and apparel brand, to hire a Content Creator . This is not a typical content creator role, we are looking for someone who can create scroll-stopping content while also leading TikTok Live sessions to engage audiences, tell compelling stories, and showcase products in real time.
Host engaging TikTok Live shopping events with confidence and high energy.
Interact with viewers in real time: answer questions, demo products, and drive conversions.
Create and film TikTok-first videos (product demos, lifestyle content, trends, promos).
Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Plan and storyboard creative concepts aligned with brand goals and TikTok trends.
Optimize content for TikTok’s algorithm, trending formats, and best practices.
Shoot high-quality photo and video content for campaigns and social media.
Use basic lighting, audio, and camera equipment to ensure high-quality output.
Stay on top of TikTok Live, short-form content trends, and social commerce best practices.
You have strong skills in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, CapCut
You have a solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content trends
Comfortable on camera and behind it, with confidence and energy
Able to shoot, edit, and post content quickly without sacrificing quality
Organized, able to manage multiple projects, and flexible to pivot with trends
Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands
Curious, proactive, and always looking to experiment and improve
Applicants must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States
