About the Role:

Join Yardi as a Consultant for our Affordable Housing
product. We're looking for candidates with experience in affordable housing who
can support clients through training, software implementations, and tailored
solutions. In this dynamic role, you’ll perform business reviews to enhance
client productivity, guide best practices, and foster lasting relationships
through exceptional service. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll ensure
clients achieve their operational goals while adopting Yardi’s cutting-edge
solutions. This position involves a mix of virtual and onsite training, with
travel up to 70% of the time. If you’re a driven professional with outstanding

What You’ll Do:

• Train clients on how to use software solutions to improve
  business operations, address challenges, and identify opportunities for
  improvement.
• Lead the way on software implementation, turning big ideas
  into seamless, working systems.
• Offer expert advice that helps stakeholders tackle
  challenges, streamline operations, and level up their strategy.
• Keep consulting projects on track while building lasting,
  trusted relationships with clients.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or
  Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and
  experience
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in software or business
  process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with
  customers
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize
  multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, sound decision-making, critical thinking, and
  problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Client-centered commitment and focus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and
  ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of
  employees and clients
• Ability to think and act strategically by visualizing new

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications

Annual Salary Range: $89,600 - $100,800
