Affiliate Solutions Consultant, Anywhere Franchise Brands, Solutions HUB The **Affiliate Solutions Consultant** for Anywhere Franchise Brands helps franchise owners, their teams, and support staff to operate efficiently and successfully within the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, and ERA franchise systems. Affiliate Solutions Consultants will understand various products, programs, and systems offered by Anywhere Franchise Brands and facilitate consultations as needed. They will record interactions in ZenDesk and periodically report feedback and concerns to Brand teams, product teams, and executives. The Affiliate Solutions Consultant will stay updated on support areas like dash and back-office systems, listings, lead management, and MoxiWorks products by attending meetings and training. Prioritizing client satisfaction, they will creatively solve issues and requests. Affiliate Solutions Consultant performance will be assessed based on consulting NPS scores and the number of completed consultations. This position is 100% remote. **Responsibilities:** + **Brand Program and Product Implementation:** Helping franchisees with the setup, integration, and engagement of Brand programs and products. + **Troubleshooting Systems:** Providing technical support to resolve issues with franchise systems, programs, and products. This includes diagnosing problems, offering solutions, initiating helpdesk services when needed, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. + **Functional Walk-Throughs:** Conducting thorough walk-throughs of Brand systems, programs, and products to help franchisees understand how to effectively utilize tools and features, thereby maximizing their business potential **.** + **Service Topics:** The Affiliate Solutions Consultant handles questions about dash and back-office systems, listings, lead management, and support for products and tools like MoxiWorks. Expertise in these areas is crucial, although team members may receive specific assignments based on their skills. + **Scheduled Video and Phone Consultations:** Offering virtual support via scheduled calls and video sessions, providing personalized and timely assistance to each franchisee. + **Specialized Outbound Calling Campaigns** : Conducting outbound calling campaigns to support the brand franchise business. This includes contacting franchisees to inform them about new initiatives, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information, and addressing key business requirements such as engagement.
