1+ years of experience in General Construction
Must understand construction and have general safety knowledge
Must have own transportation and arrive on time to work daily
Must be able to work 10-12 hours daily 6 days per week
Identify potential problems and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Strong leadership skills
