Job Description

We are partnering with a leading civil contracting firm in the Southeast, specializing in commercial and residential site development, underground utilities, grading, and roadway construction, including water and wastewater treatment plant construction. Committed to values such as integrity, teamwork, and safety, our client is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify and proactively mitigate risks, and provide effective solutions to challenges that may arise.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment with clear expectations.
Oversee project budgeting, financial reporting, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
Act as the primary liaison between the client and project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Proactively identify and address potential issues, employing innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a specific focus on structural concrete.
Experience with self-performing construction companies, overseeing all aspects of builds.
Previous responsibility for project financials, including profit/loss management.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software, along with familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam, HCSS, Procore/Prolog.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Teams).
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 95,000.00 125,000.00 Per Year
