Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Richardson, TX(Onsite) Job Type: Direct Hire **Skills required: Our Project Manager position is more aligned with a Construction Project Manager or Field PM. Requiring our PMs to be out in the field regularly, coordinating with GCs, reviewing site plans, and making sure the build aligns with our requirements. 5+ years in technical project management, client consulting, software implementation, and training 5+ years of demonstrated experience conducting highly visible presentations. PMP certification preferred Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. way: High urgency role tied directly to SAP migration. Must have strong S/4HANA + RISE experience and solid BTP exposure. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals and objectives. Demonstrated ability to forecast and administer budgets. Highly developed customer-facing skills and networking ability. Ability to establish strong relationships within the organization to achieve results. Experience with project management software required. Ability to create, follow, and revise project plans to meet project milestones and objectives.
