Job Responsibilities

Engage with customers through chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
Document all interactions and troubleshoot issues for continual improvement.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
Proficient in using chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience

Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
Experience handling live chat interactions and knowledge of chat best practices.
Familiarity with media production or the creative industry is a plus.
