The Role: Care Partner
As a Care Partner, you’ll be the face of Home Care Book in the community. Your mission is to develop referral relationships and open doors with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and other key partners.
Your focus is:
- Creating awareness of Home Care Book in your assigned territory
- Building trusted relationships with referral sources
- Driving consistent prospect flow for our Client Manager to serve families
- Growing total client hours by ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Conduct a set number of partner meetings or touches per week (PR meetings, drop-bys, networking)
- Develop and maintain a book of referral sources that regularly send prospects
- Work closely with our Client Manager to ensure smooth hand-offs and successful sign-ups
- Track activity and results in our CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Proactive relationship builder – you thrive on activity, energy, and hitting the pavement
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to professionals and families alike
- Competitive and goal-oriented, but always genuine and compassionate
- Background in healthcare marketing (home health, hospice, senior living, etc.) is a plus, but not required
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own calendar and activity
