Senior Anesthesiologist - Regional Medical Center ($800K + $50K Bonus)

We're seeking an experienced physician to provide comprehensive anesthesia services in our modern, well-equipped facility.

Position Overview

As a key member of our surgical team, you'll provide expert anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Choose between W2 employment or 1099 independent contractor status with industry-leading compensation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative assessments and develop personalized anesthesia plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures
• Manage post-operative care and pain management
• Specialize in various surgical cases including orthopedics, OB/GYN, and ophthalmology
• Perform advanced procedures including nerve blocks and lumbar punctures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams

Qualifications & Requirements

• MD/DO degree from accredited medical school
• Current state medical license or eligible for licensure
• Board certification in Anesthesiology
• Minimum 1 year post-residency experience
• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• Active DEA license
• Proficiency with Meditech EHR system

Exceptional Benefits & Compensation

• W2 Compensation up to $780,000 annually ($375/hr)
• 1099 Compensation up to $800,000 annually ($395/hr)
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $15,000 relocation assistance

• Flexible 1:5 call schedule
• $5,000 CME allowance
