Job Description

**Job Title: A&P Mechanic** **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot systems and repair components to maintain equipment functionality. + Maintain records of maintenance and repair work per FAA standards. + Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. + Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft and associated components. + Read and interpret technical manuals and service bulletins. + Repair or replace defective components and wiring. + Ensure all removed aircraft parts are documented and protected. + Complete and sign maintenance documentation per company policies. **Essential Skills** + A&P License required. + 3 years' experience in Part 91, 135, or 145 maintenance environments preferred. + Familiarity with Phenom, Cessna, Hawker, Lear, Twin Commander, King Air airframes/engines. + Possession of own tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Corporate Jet experience with Lear, Phenom, or Citation experience. **Work Environment** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NAPLES, Florida. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NAPLES, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
